Description of the Plant:

An undershrub. Leaves 1 or 3-foliolate; leaflets 2-6, lateral much smaller than the terminal, oblong-elliptic. Racemes panicled. Pods brown, puberulous.

Mode of Uses:

A leaf extract is taken, and a paste of the leaves is applied to the whole body, for the treatment of hysteria by the Chakma.

Exactly the same methods of use were reported for the treatment of hysteria by the Tanchangya.
