Description of the Plant:

Stock short-creeping, densely scaly at apex. Fronds simply pinnate, gradually narrowing towards the base. Sori linear, continuous along 3/4 of the margin from above the base.

Mode of Uses:

A paste prepared from the whole plant is applied to the affected area for the treatment of fractures and also taken for coughs in children (Chakma).

A leaf extract is taken to stop reactions to other medicine (Tanchangya).

Distribution:

In most of the districts.
