Description of the Plant:

An evergreen glabrous shrub. Leaves elliptic, elliptic-lanceolate or ovate-pblong. Flowers small, whitish, in usually terminal pedunculate raniform elongate cymes. Fruits ovoid, blavk.

Mode of Uses:

A root extract is taken for the treatment of tetanus (Chakma).
