Description of the Plant:

Climbing shrub; stem deeply striate when dry. Leaves on creeping stems, broadly ovate-cordate. Male spikes slender, erect; female globose or shortly cylendric. Drupes globose.

Mode of Uses:

A stem extract made with warm water is taken for mumps (Chakma).

Distribution:

Chittagong, Chittagong Hill Tracts and Cox's Bazar.
