A small branched tree. Leaflets with scattered lax stellate wool or glaucous beneath. Panicle large, lower branches often elongate with several umbels.
A stem and leaf extract is taken for the treatment of diarrhoea (Chakma).
Scanty in the forests of Chittagong and Chittagong Hill Tracts.
