A diffuse, trailing, pubescent herb. Stems decumbent, short, base almost woody.Leaves narrowly elliptic, base rounded or cuneate, entire, glabrous.Spikes short, cylindric or capitate with purple flower.

Mode of Uses:

A paste of the leaves is applied to the forehead for headache (Tanchangya).
