Description of the Plant:

A twining herb, stem twining to the left. Bulbils abundant, smooth. Leaves alternate, blade cordiform with the long acuminate apex. Flowers white, in axilary paniculate spikes. Male flowers sessile. Fruit a capsule.

Mode of Uses:

Tubers and Bulbils are edible after boiled or cooking (Chakma, Tripura, Marma).
